Food Science and Nutrition 

In year 8 students will be on a rotational basis around their DT subjects. They will spend one whole term in food.  

Students will be completing a project that continues to focus on healthy eating and the reasons for why this is so important. Students will also be introduced during their project to food science and the reasons behind why certain reactions happen when foods are being prepared and cooked.
