Secondary Rewards

Staff at Swindon Academy are always looking to reward students for academic, sporting, social and cultural achievements, and we offer a range of rewards to:

  • Recognise the value of students’ achievement, effort, service and leadership within the academy
  • Give positive encouragement to students to succeed and to contribute
  • Enhance staff-student relationships within the academy
  • Improve students’ sense of self-confidence and worth

All the rewards will feed into the College Championship. There are four ‘Colleges’ at Swindon Academy and these four colleges will compete for the “College Championship Cup”.

College assemblies will provide staff and students with a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and reward all that has been achieved in their College and school.
