Ofsted Reports and DfE League Tables

In July 2026, Swindon Academy was inspected by Ofsted, and we are delighted that Swindon Academy has been rated as STRONG.  

In order to make this judgement, Inspectors visited a random selection of lessons, sampled pupils’ work, examined evidence relating to safeguarding, assessment and school evaluation, examined parent and staff responses to the Ofsted questionnaire and met with a wide range of pupils, leaders, governing body members and trustees.
