Karen Wright takes role as Principal at Swindon Academy

We are very pleased to inform you that, following an extensive, external recruitment exercise, Mrs Wright has been appointed as substantive Principal of Swindon Academy. We know that this will be a very popular decision with students, staff and parents as she has been an excellent Interim Principal over the past twelve months and has, over many years, been an extremely dedicated and committed member of the Senior Leadership Team.  Throughout the process, Mrs Wright’s ambition for the Swindon Academy community shone through and she outperformed all the other shortlisted candidates. We know that everyone across the school community will wish to congratulate her on this appointment.
