At Swindon Academy we aim to communicate effectively to parents and respond to requests in a timely manner. On occasions there are instances where a parent, visitor or member of the community wishes to make a complaint. Instances such as these need to follow the complaints process as set out in our Complaints Policy below.
Any complaints made will be acknowledged and an investigation will be carried out in a timely manner.
